Our approach

Build it with the people who use it.

We agree on one task, test the system against your records, and document how to use and review it.

Working together

We build and test with you.
Then we review and improve.

We start with one recurring task, such as drafting order updates. Together, we choose the records the system can use and test its answers and drafts against those records. Your team tries it, flags errors, and helps us decide what to change.

We document the steps, checks, and responsibilities so another person can use the system and review its answers. Before setup, we agree which records we can access, who will test the system, and how much time they will need.

We sit the productized spine on-prem, train a named co-pilot, and agree setup versus support separately. The paid AI start is the 10-day: map, one gated workflow, plant-verifiable report. Fit is free. If we’re the right fit, the upfront price is quoted on the fit call.

We build on assistant tools that our founder uses and tests in his own business. Manufacturing-client results are still to be measured.

Paid AI start

The 10-day is how paid AI work starts.

Enterprise AI built for you: a domain-specific productized spine, hardware that sits in the company as runtime, and a custom agent that learns from approved records. We still start with one recurring task. People still review.

Our approach

A product has to work in the business that buys it.

Our founder, Ian Harman, led the first enterprise deal at Paragon Truss, including the contracts and client relationship: a $500,000 annual contract. His background also includes building healthcare products, leading teams, and using AI in his own business.

We draw on that experience to build with the people who will use the system. Their questions and corrections help us decide what to keep, change, or stop.

When equipment is part of the answer

Assess a handling task before buying equipment.

A recurring handling task or a physical limit may call for equipment rather than more software. Our Automation Opportunity Assessment examines one workflow at one site and recommends whether to proceed.

Engineering, safety validation, controls, installation, commissioning, and maintenance require qualified partners under a separate scope. An AI engagement does not commit you to a robotics project.

Before we start

A few things to agree.

What will you need from our team?

Someone responsible for the task we choose, a few examples of the emails, records, or updates involved, and time with the people who use them. We agree which sources we can access and how much time your team will need before we start. The co-pilot is that responsible person for the 10-day queue.

Who stays in control?

Your team approves messages, spending, prices, and commitments. We agree what the assistant can read and prepare, keep each company's context separate, and review its answers and drafts. This service does not control production equipment.

A named co-pilot owns accept, reject, and escalate. Every output carries receipts. Freeze and kill stay in your hands.

How will we know whether to continue?

We compare how long your team spends preparing an update or finding an answer before and after setup, including the time to review and correct the result. Then we decide together whether to continue, change the scope, or stop.

How work starts

Fit call. Then the 10-day. Then a report you can defend.

The engagement is defined. Twenty minutes to decide fit. If we are the right fit, the 10-day is quoted on that call. Paid work starts after approved read access — not after a vague follow-up.

Bring the task you keep looking up or typing twice, and the person who would own the queue.

Fit is free. If we’re the right fit, the upfront price is quoted on the fit call.
