You’ve heard about AI. Now see what AI can do for you.

Productized spine · custom agent · on-prem runtime

Enterprise AI built for you — in 10 days.

Autonomous discovery and construction, supervised execution, hard stops at the money.

A domain-specific productized spine sits in your company. A custom agent learns from the records you approve. We map the facility, rank what AI is good for here, and prove one workflow your team already reviews. Hardware is the on-prem runtime — the trust boundary that sits there — not the thing we lead with.

The clock

The clock is the product constraint.

What ships and what you see in 10 days
DaysWhat shipsWhat you see
0–1Sit the spine. Approved reads only. Categorize. Kill and freeze shown. Queue empty on purpose.Hardware that sits there. A queue that is empty on purpose.
2–4Facility map plus ranked opportunities with receipts. Ranked by 10-day proof speed × low blast radius.A map you can argue with. Every card has a source, an assumption, and missing data.
5–7One workflow in propose/draft. Named co-pilot owns accept / reject / escalate. Rejects become sticky constraints. One task your team already does by hand. Time-to-answer includes review.
8–10Plant-verifiable value report. Pause or expand. Default stay at propose/draft.A report you can defend to finance. We will not write live unless an owner later signs a write path.

Runtime

Hardware sits in the company. It is not the offer.

The spine runs on hardware we sit in your company, on a network you approved. That is how the system lives on your side of the trust boundary. It is not a product shot of a box, not a robot on the floor, and not what the 10-day is for. The custom agent learns from approved records. Capacity is sized to the plant.

Trust

Trust in parallel with capability.

  • Fresh boot: observe and propose only.
  • Receipts on every output — sources, assumptions, missing data. No “the AI thinks.”
  • Named plant co-pilot owns the queue.
  • Freeze-on-doubt and a kill switch, demonstrated on day 0.
  • Action tiers: observe → propose → draft (a person sends) → later, only with an owner signature, shadow write → live write.
  • This service does not control production equipment.
  • No automatic ERP or MES live writes. No unattended sends.
  • Humans approve messages, spending, prices, and commitments.
  • Context stays per-company.

If you pause

What you keep if you pause.

You keep facility data, map contents, and running instances. Corridor keeps reusable bricks. If you pause, you keep your side, plus freeze and kill literacy.

Boundaries

What this engagement is not.

  • On-device weight fine-tuning
  • Sending commands to production equipment
  • Automatic live writes
  • Unattended multi-plant cloud
  • Cameras as a default
  • Replacing the production scheduler
  • Robot programming, electrical, install, or commissioning

Those last items belong with qualified partners under a different scope. If the question is a physical handling cell, use the Automation Opportunity Assessment — a separate SKU.

How work starts

Fit call. Then the 10-day. Then a report you can defend.

The engagement is defined. Twenty minutes to decide fit. If we are the right fit, the 10-day is quoted on that call. Paid work starts after approved read access — not after a vague follow-up.

Bring the task you keep looking up or typing twice, and the person who would own the queue.

Fit is free. If we’re the right fit, the upfront price is quoted on the fit call.
